Here’s What the Shift Positive 360 Review Process Looks Like:
It’s comprehensive, actionable, and most importantly, it’s designed to help you grow—no fluff, no gimmicks.

Introductory Meeting (1 hour)
We’ll kick things off by getting clear on your goals, aligning on expectations, and setting the stage for a meaningful feedback experience. -
Self-Evaluation and Pre-Interview (1 hour)
Before the feedback rolls in, you’ll reflect on your own performance and goals. This isn’t just a checklist, it’s a deep dive into your self-awareness. -
Ally Interviews (6–10 hours)
This is where the magic happens. We interview key stakeholders (6 to 8 people, depending on your package), who give constructive, supportive feedback that’s rooted in trust. These aren’t just “surveys”—they’re conversations that matter. -
Feedback Report (2 hours)
This is where we compile everything into a clear, actionable report. It’s easy to digest, with specific examples and insights that you can use to take action. -
Final Debrief and Leadership Development Plan (2–3 hours)
We sit down together and make sense of it all—creating an actionable plan that sets you up for success. You’ll leave feeling clear, confident, and motivated. -
Follow-Up Coaching Sessions (2 x 90 minutes)
